Pembrokeshire Coast Path Run - South Section

From Amroth, enjoy sandy bays, limestone cliffs and clamouring wildlife as you wind your way along the shores of Carmarthen Bay, through Tenby, around St Govan’s Head and through Milford Haven.

The South Section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is an undulating route, with plenty of slopes along the way, but this region’s beautiful coastal scenery will buoy you along and there are a wide range of fascinating sites to enjoy as you catch your breath, from the Martello Naval Tower to the Petrified Forest.

There’s an industrial edge to the landscapes near Milford Haven, with the old Royal Navy Dockyard and the oil refineries along the Pembroke River, which gives this route a dual nature as it rises from the pure natural beauty of Carmarthen Bay.

This route can also be travelled in the opposite direction if preferred. Select the ‘Reverse tours’ option when choosing your itinerary.
