Over heathland, through sand dunes and along broad beaches, run one of the flattest coastal routes in the country on a trail running holiday along the Norfolk Coast Path.
With only a handful of climbs to face, you’ll steam along on smooth pathways. Seaports and fishing villages await, the perfect places to grab a breather and a snack, and a wide range of seaside wildlife will keep your eyes busy as you run.
The Norfolk Coast Path starts in Hunstanton and follows Norfolk’s heritage coast all the way to Hopton-on-Sea.
Running through national nature reserves such as Holme Dunes and Blakeney Point, where you'll spot a wide variety of seabirds and wildlife.
Enjoying the shade within the pine forest on the approach to Wells-next-the-Sea.
Visiting the seaside towns along the route, where you can grab a bite to eat and enjoy the sight of the boats bobbing in the harbours.

Sea Palling(T) to Hopton-on-Sea(T). 21.5 miles (34km) / 456 ft (139 m) ascent

This itinerary lists our preferred overnight stops for this tour. Sometimes there may be a shortage of available accommodation in a preferred location, in which case we will transfer you from the trail to your accommodation and back again at no extra charge. Overnight stops marked with a (T) will always require transfers as standard.
Overnight stops marked with an (L) have very limited accommodation, and therefore more often than not will also require a transfer, particularly on bank holidays and weekends. We will use non-transfer accommodation wherever possible.
The daily mileages quoted are average trail miles only and do not include the distance from the trail to your accommodation. We do not expect you to have to travel more than a mile from the trail to your accommodation; should your accommodation be further than this, transfers will be provided as standard.
